At Metzler Violin Shop Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument or accessory. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm eligibility.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring that delicate instruments are properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our Glendale, California workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
